Hardware warranty

Our systems are covered by a 2 years on-centre warranty where forwarding charges of damaged components are at customer's expense.

Further terms of warranty:

  • A 3 years warranty extension
  • A 3 years on-site NBD warranty extension (technician's intervention at the next business day).

Software assistance

Our cluster systems are provided are under a 6 months software remote assistance. Our technicians are able to provide remote software assistance to your system through internet connection.

Software assistance contracts can be renewed by one-year or working-hours vouchers.
